SAVE THE PEAK

In 2010, Kamilla Blanche worked alongside The Trust for Public Land who temporarily covered the Hollywood sign with the words, "Save the Peak."
The event publicized efforts to raise $12.5 million to acquire Cahuenga Peak, the 138-acre parcel of land just west of the sign, so that it could be added to Griffith Park.
The campaign included major donations from Tiffany & Co, Leonardo DiCaprio, Aileen Getty and Hugh Hefner. Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger officiated the successful completion of the campaign.
